We started in 2016 with just two rented shelves inside a friend’s computer store in Tallinn.

At first, we sold only one or two figures per week.

A few months later, we moved from those two shelves into a small empty office inside the same company, while still working regular jobs at the time.

Over time, the project slowly grew into something bigger.

Two years later, the shop had become a real independent business. We moved again, launched our online store, and eventually turned Geek Shop Estonia into the work we dedicate all our time to today.

Geek Shop Estonia is a family business. For most of its history, the shop has been run by a team of two — and one of them is a dog. She is the face you can see on our logo.

Everything we sell is chosen personally. We prefer to work with products we genuinely love ourselves: vinyl figures, action figures, anime figures, collectible statues, Funko Pop! figures, trading cards, posters, vintage toys, and action figures from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

Our shelves combine new releases with older pieces connected to the pop culture we grew up with — movies, comics, games, cartoons, anime, manga, horror, sci-fi, and classic superheroes.

When we first started, collectible toys were still a very small niche in Estonia.

Even Funko Pop! figures were not yet widely available in the country the way they are today.

Geek Shop Estonia is proud to say that we became the first official Funko partner in Estonia.

Over the years, we also introduced local collectors to many collectible brands that had never been officially represented on the Estonian market before.

As the years passed, the shop moved through several different locations, but one thing always stayed the same — the idea of preserving the spirit of old comic book stores.

We never wanted Geek Shop Estonia to feel like just another store. We wanted it to feel like a place filled with nostalgia, imagination, and real human connection.
