Troy Calypso is one the two main antagonists of Borderlands 3. The only known male Siren in history, he and his twin sister Tyreen form the fanatical cult known as the Children of The Vault to unite the bandits on Pandora and use them as their fanatical followers in their hunt for The Great Vault.
