The Crow is a 1994 American gothic superhero film directed by Alex Proyas and written by David J. Schow and John Shirley, based on the comic of the same name by James O’Barr. It stars Brandon Lee, in his final film appearance, with Ernie Hudson, Michael Wincott, Bai Ling, Sofia Shinas, Laurence Mason, Michael Massee, Tony Todd, and Jon Polito in supporting roles. The film follows Eric Draven, a rock musician who is resurrected from the dead to seek vengeance against the gang who murdered him and his fiancée, all the while being pursued by a sympathetic police officer.
